At FirstContact Gift Shop, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7–14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns requested after the return window has closed will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or e-gift items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items marked “non-refundable” at the time of purchase

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it at:

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
